Templates

When i created this blogger account it asked me to select a template so i did but when i look at my blog the template is not there i am very frustrated, not because i want a template just because it wont work. i have tried three times to choose a template in the customizer thing but every time nothing happens, i am starting to wonder if it is possible to sue the blogger people for false claims.
